Proche Orient

Daniel Cohn-Bendit se rendra en Israël et en Palestine, et notamment dans les territoires occupés palestiniens du 1er au 5 novembre 2008. Un an après les accords d'Annapolis, ce voyage a comme but de constater l'évolution de la situation depuis la signature de l'accord. Des rencontres avec des acteurs politiques et de la société civile promettent lui offrir un vaste vue globale de la situation.

Daniel Cohn-Bendit, coprésident du Groupe des Verts/ALE au Parlement européen, se rendra en Israël et en Palestine, et notamment dans les territoires occupés palestiniens du 1er au 5 novembre 2008.

Cette visite intervient un an après le lancement de la Déclaration conjointe israélo-palestinienne de la Conférence d'Annapolis sur la recherche d'un accord de paix d'ici à la fin 2008.

Elle a pour but de constater quelle est l'évolution de la situation depuis la signature de l'accord de paix d'Annapolis et pour ce faire, elle comprendra des rencontres avec des représentants politiques et des acteurs de la société civile à Tel Aviv, Jérusalem et Ramallah ainsi qu'une visite sur le terrain dans la ville d'Hébron.

Daniel Cohn-Bendit interviendra, à l'invitation de la fondation Heinrich Böll, le mardi 4 novembre à 18h40 à l' »Open University » de  Ra ‘anana  sur le thème «  Israël, 60 ans-éléments pour une perspective européenne ».
